    My thoughts exactly Hornet, maybe James doesn't want to lock us into binding contracts atm. It seems our product is so dynamic that we can shift easily to the most lucrative product.

    What if this concrete idea comes off and our whole off-take goes to the concrete industry @ $5000/tonne?

    That's a big if, but what if!
