They can't risk using all their available shares, so they do it slowly and progressively

1) Sell small parcels into the Bid, continually; this keeps the Bid Volume changing; and ensure the last price is always at the Bid
2) They periodically take a small bullet, and buy back at the Ask in order to replenish stock
3) They target when to to start their fembot. If you have a look at 10:33.11AM the price was previously, but $0.028 was up so hey sold $74 into the $0.028, and everybody now sees a new low. Note the price went back to $0.029, and then more $74 parcels were dumped at $0.028. They like for us to see a red price.
4) They try to limit their selling, and fear monger to get others to sell; this way that save their ammo.

When a stock is shorted I often buy at the Close, why? Because I get put any price I want, jump the Bid queue, and shorters will usually ensure it closes at the Bid.

They also trade on a different platform; they don't pay a brokerage per trade; with this they can sell small parcels - we can't. Of course, other players could also set up a bot to increase to the Ask, I have once seen a bot battle - one bot up every minute, then other bot comes along and drops a $ or 2.
