It is typical to get 3-4 tails or wicks to mark the end of a cycle. I've been watching ADN today as its the 4th day of tails. This has finished with a bullish hammer, not quite a dragonfly doji would have been better (pipped down in auction), this is a bullish candle and typically marks the reversal. Normally happens on capitulation days, like today, it was the final (hopefully) backtest of a low and the SP generally starts to recover. Volumes were good and the afternoons trade was in much strong hands at 033, almost 034. But if people noticed the sellside volume dropped in auction too, so there are a few pip traders around. Maybe reading this too, that's fine, as long as it's not Insto's! IMO.
Well done to SOTT and P3rrin for buying up and gone to strong hands! I didn't quiet get the low, as I bought early in the week.
RSI maybe levelling out (almost at oversold level) and volumes good (also happens on capitulation days).
My targets are firstly 044, then 052 then 10.
Weekly chart, todays close as mention needed to stay above 031, it did, so bring on the next 2 weeks. Hopefully BK can drop the uDFS earlier?
