If they were interested they could buy Peninsula Exploration and pay off ADN for the earn in contract. This would give them Chairlift and probably a few more deposits on Peninsula Exploration's exploration license.
It would cost $5-6 million, no need to pay for all of ADN.
While this means that ADN is not a takeover target if any of the established players was interested in getting into kaolin mining and production and did acquire the Chairlift deposit this would be very good for ADN as it would signal that this may be a feasible project.
