There's no reason why it should affect ADN's SP as everyone knows it's coming. Also, ADN, as Wombat has said, is raising cash in exchange for these newly issued shares. These options do need to be remembered though when calculating ADN's market cap - something that a lot of people forget (as well as the sundry other options that are floating about).
