Anyway, today I sold all of my ADN and moved some of the profits into ADNOC for long term investment.
ADNOC has an exercise price of $0.0175 and an expiry date of 30 September 2027.
While recently, ADNOC was too expensive, today it is well priced.
Note: ADNOC is a company option possessing "leverage". "Leverage" means when the ADN share price rises, the profit percentage gained from ADNOC is higher than the profit % gains from ADN. However, if the ADN share price falls, the percentage loss will be greater on ADNOC. In summary, make more on your ADNOC investment when the ADN share price rises and incur greater losses on ADNOC when the ADN share price falls.
Below is the comparison gains for ADN vs ADNOC at long term price points of 15 cents (for kaolin business) and 30 cents (if HPA is produced).
