That is a total investment of 13k AUD, so not a really big deal. I’d like to see something this week, but given the track record of ADN with (self-imposed) deadlines, I think it is unlikely.
what kind of a financing deal would actually be best for us share holders? If they want 30M from equity, we will see a 100% dilution at these prices and no one is going to want to invest that kind on cash.
if we can get a tapered deal, starting off with a loan and then go out for additional funding once we are back at a reasonable share price, then we should be fine
Interesting times ahead. I was in touch with Sarah a few weeks ago and she mentioned that we would get information on the HPA developments in due course, so that is still ongoing
