The issue I have with a cap raise is the amount of dilution required at a raising rate which one would suggest would be around the 3c mark. One would think somewhere in the region of $15 - $20 million would be needed, to make sure another raise would never needed again. @$20 million there an issue of 666 million shares plus fees to the broking house vultures.
Vijay option 2 or 3 as you suggest are way more palatable. Option 1 would be a major kick in the guts.
