Dear Sherdholders,

Imo, the Viraleze trial results are now seriously overdue. I think that SPL appears to be treating the ASX's continuous disclosure regulations, as well as shareholders, with contempt.

I don't think that the delay has anything to do with the upcoming AGM. Hypothetically, if the Viraleze trial results turn out to be disappointing then those institutional investors who have been dumping at 14 cents or above for months will with hindsight be seen to have been fortunate, because the SP will probably fall substantially.

Far be it for me to connect the dots, but if the trial was a flop then will ASIC/ASX take any action about the peculiar delay in announcing the results and the apparently coincidental shift in share ownership from fortunate institutions to dudded retail investors?
