advice for a young trader ??

Hi my son who is 18years has asked about trading, who would you recommend with what education and under what platform as he may not have the time to truly day trade but would like to actively trade for a better upside & income.
I looked at Share Wealth systems but not sure if they are worth the high entry fee & ongoing fee ?? Incredibe charts or anyone better ??
