there was no confirmation given by anybody,

one of the listing rules for new companies listing on the ASX is a certain amount of shareholders holding a certain amount of shares, this is my understanding to be one of many requirements to list on the ASX as a new company, not a necessity to list, but the vehicle to list Priority One is pursing as they have said in previous announcements.
