Unfortunately there have been two cases in Australia of HIV infected Africans who were lying hounds who were more concerned for themselves than for the women they slept with. One, in Melbourne, agreed with his Aussie girlfriend to have separate HIV tests before going through a marriage, he wanted permanent residency. She was free of HIV, he did not tell her he got a positive result. The Drs did not tell her, maybe because they could not for legal reasons. They had two children and she now has HIV. He has absconded to NZ.
The other involves an African who is married living in Aus and who travels frequently to Africa. He is infected and preferred condomless s@x. So he had it off with two female tourists in Australia, insisting on the close personal touch, even though he stared off with a condom, and infected both (on separate occasions).
African customs are contributing to their HIV problems. Apparently one of the things they do is when a husband dies the brother-in-law has to go and have sexual relations with the widow, it is his right due to the dowry paid.
