OMG... this happens to me all the time... so frustrating. I don't understand the logic of these people. Near me there is an 80 zone into a 50 zone.. they do 60 in the 80 and then stay at 60 when we hit the 50 (which is 50 for a reason so bloody slow down!) dumb dumbs
