Cougar and the other ucg companys need to push DERM against a wall and squeeze a bold lettered retraction from them, maybe even something through the courts aswell.This could work to cougars advantage (any publicity is good publicity).A apology to the local residents of Kingaroy area from DERM wouldnt be out of place either.Living and working in the Hunter valley with big gapping holes in the ground from opencut, give me a few pipes sticking out of the ground any day.
