I think there is too much spend on R and D .........To be just making royalties .... sure the condom royalty will cover wages last time I looked, I like a company to stick to there knitting been in and out a few times but think I need more than what they are delivering .....Watched PGL crash ACL crash on phase 3 trials ,so agree to JV it, Anyway just my own thoughts heavily subsided by shareholders and government grants ...IMO
