Fellow shareholders,
I think it is a good idea to get pertinent questions to management prior to the AGM so management understand what information we are looking for and have time to prepare and answer them during the AGM. Please, feel free to write your questions to management on this thread and I will make sure they get to the company. I have a few of my own below.
1) If we reach a settlement, does this mean we do not have to pay Zurich?
2) Is there is a "formula or methodology" that will be used in determining the quantum of dividends and share buy backs?
3) What is the quantum of debt facility we could get to fund cash flow, expansion, buybacks, etc?
4) What is the expected budget and timeframes for an extremely robust exploration of the 44 SPLS?
I am very much looking forward to this AGM.
