Regarding the management remuneration I'm happy to "slide" toward option plan than salary increase; this will motivate the management to focus on the SP increase which is exactly what we want.
This reminds me of Elon Musk's remuneration which is based on a HUGE option plan (measured in billions) and an extremely low salary; if I remember well it was an offer of about 70K a year which he didn't get anyway (working for a salary of $1 a year).
This is the way to bring up the SP on these shares; IMO at least on markets where people put a lot of passion (like EV and Li sector).
