FWIW the legal thing is a small impediment to me as well. I will go and read the relevent material but if someone has a link to a summary post that would help. In particular does anyone know if the person we are cross suing has the capacity to pay $4-11m? Sometimes these things are principle based and not worth pursuing when you find the person can't actually pay.
