just had another look at my figures, not sure why vwap is mentioned when this is just an average of the last 5 closing prices.

average over last 5 days is .88 of a cent
this would mean an issue price of .748 of a cent, more than likely to be minimally rounded up to .75 of a cent

last closing price was .8c, not sure what everyone else thinks but will this be sold down, basically sitting on issue price already.

with additional cash in the bank to move forward, this may not be so bad????????????
