Thanks Pinto. Great summation. The question that arises though that if we the shareholders know of above things which has been reiterated by the company why the discontent with the resolution for the AGM. Just because of the SP???? My take is that if the above is true, the taking over entity would like to control the SP and which is what is happening at this stage. There is no re rating of the SP which makes most of the weak Shareholders to sell their holdings and the taking over entity will grab them. So if the take over happens and the SP is rerated they do not have to deal with huge number of shareholders as they would be holding a substantial amount of holding already. What do you think of this logic???? Might be ignorant but just a thought.
