Like him or dislike him and I must admit that I do like M T , to change management at this stage or what you may call mid stream would I believe to be not in the interest of shareholders..
Best way out is for a full and frank discussion with management without pulling any punches. Think it best for management to really know what shareholders think of situation, without sidestepping any annoying issues. M T and N G are both decent guys who I believe are just as frustrated as many shareholders.
