A vote against the Adoption of Reports and Accounts just puts them on notice at the meeting and would cause a spill of the board if it would be repeated in 2018.
It would mean that the SH's are serious this time around.
I recommend a vote AGAINST the Adoption of the Reports and Accounts this time around to show the BOD that it is time to show us some respect in the running of this company!
