There will not be a global distribution agreement for Vivagel BV, instead there will be a number of regional or national agreements. These agreements will be announced progressively.
The Euro zone, like Australia and NZ will be "Over the counter", but the FDA is unlikely to approve Vivagel BV except as a prescription drug. This will be reflected in the local price and it may make little difference to SPL revenues. Another reason for separate distribution arrangements.
Progress of the upcoming DEP clinical trials is expected to be quicker than the Phase 1 trial for Docetaxel.
Completion of the NDA to the FDA is expected to be completed in the next month or two. The submission so far amounts to over 100,000 pages.
The two silent partnerships are still in the "Research" phase, they pay modest fees to SPL. If and when this progresses to licenses then the names will become public.
Everyone seemed pretty happy and there wasn't much new news.
