    Doctor visit may have $25 co-pay, prescription $5 0r $10. So US$35 vs A$40, cost to patient.
    So Aspen (or whoever gets license) might get $50 wholesale in US.
    Win-win. (ignoring cost of insurance, of course)

    Overall strategy may show influence of investment bank consultant.
    BIG question: how much profit to SPL?
