The conditions for "Tundra Opening" are fixed, however DNR are flexible when it comes to local permits, should local conditions allow then its possible that ice roads and pad construction could commence.
PANR(GBP) constructed their ice road for Talitha-A well before the general tundra opening (12/02/22).
