The terms will be set just prior to listing. With the current SP momentum, the raising could easily be done higher...it will depend on the market. All I know is, the cornerstone is solid and hasn't sold any shares. If the cornerstone takes a significant slice of the placement which I believe they will, those shares will not create any selling pressure. The effect of the dilution will be dramatically reduced compared to it going to a broker who just offloads them. The story is trading well below intrinsic value and a flow of news from the different projects should drive the SP higher in my view.

JaguarPaw, the lack of funding has previously created uncertainty; the raising will give certainty, removing a major obstacle for some investors. IMO
