There's virtually nothing left of the plane, so no hope for those on board. The pilot is said to have sent out two mayday calls, so a mechanical malfunction. The next question is whether the staff inside the warehouse at the time are OK - you can see a number of cars parked at the affected premises and one burnt out that was parked immediately outside the building.
The smaller the plane the greater the risk. Nothing will ever get me on one ever again - had too many close calls in my youth. Just don't trust them.
