your Ist and 2nd question is baseless- because even if you look at the historical work on Bekisopa site, first from BRGM, UNDP then from 2004 to 2006 World bank funded airborne servey did by Fugro Behalf or for MALAGASY GOVERNMENT which interpreted by Cline mining and its publicly available. which mean I can also tell this is definitely not a private land, so it has to be government, Local people using it for pathway is normal.

Your 3rd and 4th questions are also baseless- As you took the screenshot above of EA( Environmental Authorisation) obtained by the company to do exploration work, I clearly talked about Environmental Authorisation.
