I had a look at the ALA website today: how to vote cards.
Not that I am /am not voting for them. I was just curious who they are putting as their 2-5 preferences in the Senate paper.
Anyway, within about a minute of being on the site, I received a "port scan attack" which my anti virus software rebuffed. The attack slowed all internet traffic and downloads for a few minutes and effectively locked me out of web surfing.
Dirty tricks? I would imagine most people would get a bit freaked out and avoid the site after an experience like that.
