The sp today and yesterday and every day before that day is now irrelevant. Tomorrow the share price will be based purely on the deal to be struck and what's in the ground. Whether that is higher or lower than the offer is to be seen. Being a micro stock it could run anywhere and probably will before it finds a pattern.
Nothing more to be said really other than the sp should rise over time if funding can be sured up.
