I see Kate as having a clear focus on a logical, low-risk business plan that long term will result in a higher share price organically. Righlty so, she is not focussed on the share price.

Her plan, and therefore the SP, is restrained in the main by the UK hospital system and the painfully slow process of acquiring contracts therein.

Branching out from the UK to different countries e.g. India, Dubai, U.S.A. and building a hospital, or at least offering to provide completely integrated / co-ordinated software, all by ALC, would result in highly financially viable, efficient extremely good examples of something that deserves to be admired i.e. model-showpieces, with enviable patient outcomes, and fewer happier staff.

Ambitious yes, boring no, but the kind of thing to rev up the share price.
