I own both ADN & MEP and I would be all in support of a scrip offer if that were to be the case. 1.5 ADN shares for every 1 MEP share, although some holders would be hesitant about this dilution, they should also realise that ADN 100% ownership of the GW project given the size and grades of Kaolin and Halloysite + the full ownership in NNT venture would significantly value ADN MC further more.
ADN can then be truely as JM says, steering the sail as leaders "in all things halloysite".
