Imo, and I do value others opinions here. But even at a share swap of one on one it would be a good deal for MEP, as I have stated before, hand them all our non core assets and say one ADN share for three MEP and say goodbye, obviously MEP holders and dual holders will be up in arms with the comment but realistically it would still be a good deal, to be honest the thought of having a stack of MEP board members coming into our register is frightening to say the least....better for a clean break, Andromeda would be all the better for it. As for Nano-Tech, early days so I’m sure a cash deal could be worked out there.
