I concur, let MEP do what they do best.....explore and wage drain, having any sort of swap or merge is a detriment to ADN imo, the idea that MEP should get any sort of sweetheart deal is just not on, it is ADN that is in the box seat not MEP. Why do people believe that one MEP share is worth a lot more than one ADN share? Just do the maths, I am sure some will argue shares on issue, but not valid in the scheme of things. MEP can just stump up their share of cash as and when it is needed, they will reap the rewards, considering they did not want a bar of the whole thing in the first place.
