"SCT signed a 100m yuan order for 6 locomotives for
use on the east-west transcontinental services on sep-1-2010,
and followed this order with an additional four in March."
100m yuan is $18.2M atm.
3 diesel locomotives probably $10m now.
Nice friends,are they going to build the connection
to the main line also.
