    so where's the pfs kate moss? where they announce it was done?

    I thought the purpose of a pfs was to determine whether to proceed to a dfs or not (which is typically required for capital investment decisions), its results are announced to investors and potential investors alike in a transparent continuous disclosure to the markets.. usually costs plenty of $$$ to..
