Roscoe you're spot on. These supposed JV talks could just be SG and CR ringing round, whoring the co. ....JV talks could mean anything, given today's announcement it looks like the talks have remained at just that all talk no walk.
A lot of posters here have talked about GGP being their road to riches, ....their retirement fund , boats, holiday houses etc. They have put crap on you for being legitimately skeptical about the company an it's announcements, but you remained civil at all times unlike the GGP faithful... Don't want my post moderated by describing them as They should be. They did their research, their cut and pastes , to validate their beliefs when all you had do was look at the basics..a sh..load of shares on issue, no money, timelines missed, information incomplete or lacking.
