The main point is that China, in its ever increasing role within the DRC have this issue in sight for iradication, Artesinal miners are the ones actually employing the Children, but, you take away their jobs, the family have no money..,, dammed if you do damned if you don't.
The full package of community benefits under the China "win-win"mantra which is now mentioned in many Coy's with international dealings, will not be evident immediately, development is the key factor to drive same, but these benefits can't come soon enough for some area's.
