T, you are entitled to your opinion, but I base my view on the various statements made since the original agreement with imec, back in 2017.

For example, the headlines of the initial announcement of the collaboration were:

"• 4DS will collaborate with imec to develop a production-compatible process for the 4DS Interface Switching ReRAM technology
• 4DS will demonstrate this production-compatible process on imec’s megabit test chip"

imec agreed with (and probably proposed) the plan to target a megabit test chip then and I don't recall any departure from the originally-agreed deliverables.

If you view any of the published presentations and interviews, again I believe 4DS has consistently targeted the megabit test chip and has now achieved that long-set goal.
