It seems very unlikely to me that PL4 is it @polecam.

PL4 is only the first time they've manufactured a fully working array & with possibly billions of dollars involved in a future sale, I think any potential buyer would want to see the entire manufacturing & testing process repeated on PL5. 4DS needs to bake the secret recipe cake on two separate occasions & deliver spectacular success both times. They've done it once & delivered great results & they'll need to do it again.

I would be very, very surprised if it's all wrapped-up & sold based on PL4 first-time megabit success. Just my opinion.
