The 'market' has models to approximate valuations for those companies and this is reflected in the SP, which is obviously also influenced by many other factors. IMO 'the market' has no idea how to value this technology, and hence the current SP is more a reflection of 'market forces' i.e. option selling, sentiment, algo / bot trading, profit taking, Index movements etc. The market has difficulty valuing disruptive technologies, and that is exactly what this is.

I reckon DM is saying there's no reason why it shouldn't be $1bn today... At least thats the impression I get when he says that.

if they do more / prove more, it'll mean it should sell for more.
