An investigation into NET expenses

This thread is being set up to obtain input from the many disgruntled shareholders of NET on exactly where their money has been spent.
I would like to kick this off by simply highlighting that it is difficult to accept that losses of the magnitude that NET has accumulated can be taken lightly. Details need to be presented on PRECISELY where money has been spent.
Does anyone have any ideas on how a publicly listed company can be compelled to list its expenses in detail?
