Your still can't accept the fact that JB was with a new off take partner and Stage. Two stitching a new lower interest loan to save the company.
This was my same conclusion and brings MC=MR closer and saves the day. The facts are in "The Market Hearld" of 3 days ago.
Without Stage Two any new loan couldn't be approved for even an outhouse. Its obvious to any Freshmen Finance 101 JB knew he needed Stage Two. Read the article get head out of sand.
