My personal view is that I doubt that PLV had any other option than to commence trading again as soon as the auditors had provided their report.
Clearly PLV would have preferred to wait until the required funding had been secured - unfortunately that was not to be leaving us where we are (a depressed share price and a market waiting on an update).
