It's pure bad luck for the timing or the CR. Otherwise the SP would be over 1.2c now. I guess the CR was scaled down significantly by the board after the China news. $1.6m cannot do anything and the additional 28m shares is negligible comparing to the 4b on issue. Not so much dilution - good luck for SHs in some sense. VRC has the only producing mine in EU with very purity and a very large reserve in Bunyu. The SP should have great jump shortly. On top of the 41% gain today, SYR had already a 26% turn around on Friday. The news will have a long term impact, as we saw on RE (e.g., LYC)
Stopping the stupid war would help a lot too.
