The only reasonable excuse I can find is that they were doing a cap raising and SPP which gave shareholders the opportunity to sell their shares at .07c and get the shares back from the SPP at the same price with a one for two free option. 19 million shares were sold on the 31st of Oct at .07c. Could that be the reason.
Unfortunately the cap raising came at the same time the Chinese announcement about graphite. Timing is everything.
One could argue there appears to be plenty of arbitration going on .
