    I'm encouraged by this deal but I would wish someone proof read the announcement before sending it out.
    The second dot point on the first page the share price is inflated 10x:
    "Strategic Placement price represents a significant premium of 41.8% to Canyon’s 30-day volume weighted average price (“VWAP”) of $0.42 up to and including 20 December 2022"

    Anyhow, I'm considering dipping my toe into Canyon now.
