Actually SpecA is probably right, they would start with open cut and then if the economics are ok they could put in decline's from the bottom of the open pits and chase underground.
I think the 90% recovery is about right given the sulphide ore and similar to CZN's prelim met results showing 92% Co recovery and 89% Cu recovery.
