Not sure anyone went properly through the recent MOU announcement but the below is a doozy that needs to be questioned so who is really in control of the price of gas that IVZ can receiveThe parties will conduct feasibility studies to determine the criteria for a successfulintegrated project, including a market clearing price for power produced from thePower Project (i.e. a gas price that can support the investment in the Upstream Project,and the related infrastructure necessary for the Power Project)
This is pretty standard affairs for a project development. A negotiated discounted gas price to ensure that the infrastructure is built, gas gets used and $$ start to come in.
