Page 17 in the detailed half year accounts (different thread) where there is some muted optimism expressed, and page 20 where the takeover bid is described as 'highly conditional' are important pages to read and take in.
One gets the impression this could be a coded message from Directors that they believe the current takeover bid undervalues the company either to some extent or significantly. I'd like others' thoughts on the wording Directors have used.
